Cancellation Policy

ONE-TO-ONE SESSIONS: PSYCHOLOGY / DEEP BRAIN REORIENTING, SOUL WORK, CLINICAL SUPERVISION, TAROT/DREAMWORK

• In case of cancellation or postponement, please provide as much notice as possible. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment or the same day as the appointment will incur a $250 or $230 cancellation fee (i.e. the full cost of service).

COURSES AND WORKSHOPS: ONLINE, IN PERSON, ON-DEMAND

• Payment is required to secure your place in all courses, workshops and immersions.

• There is no refund for any on demand workshops, courses, or immersions if you change your mind. Online offerings are recorded and made available for a set time and can be taken and returned to at your convenience.

• Seven days’ cancellation notice is required for all in-person or live courses, workshops, or immersions if you change your mind.

  • No refund will be given with less than 1 week’s notice of cancellation, except in the case of extreme and unforeseen personal/ situational circumstances. Please discuss this with Mendy.

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of payment (in accordance with the above notice period), minus a 15% administration fee.

  • To avoid the admin fee, you may be able to transfer your place to another person if you give notice of this intention or to another in-person or online session, course or workshop, as long as it is taken within 12 months.
