In this and all Passage Immersions, we work to re-initiate each other and rewrite what it is to be a girl, a young woman, and an ageing woman in the modern age.
The birth threshold signals the first call to initiation. But our journey begins well before we personally enter the world and our first breath.
We explore personal myth, cultural myths, with skin, flesh and bone memory. where we gather stories and clues to personal and impersonal legacies that women may collectively hold unconsciously.
