My background and training in breathwork are rooted in the yoga tradition of pranayama.
Breathwork practices can regulate your nervous system to create balance, flow, and equanimity, or to activate and revitalise, or calm and soothe.
Breathwork is an energy transmuting practice. Specific breathing practices can help you enter trance and deepen meditation. Breathwork can enliven the spiritual experience, open you more deeply to your emotions, clarify thoughts, and develop a connection to the soul and the Great Mystery beyond the self.
