Meditation and contemplation

The ultimate ‘goal’ of meditation is to fully experience the ‘inner self’ or soul - even if just for a moment.

As a practice it counters excessive intellectualisation (thinking, analysis) and encourages spaciousness, depth, curiosity, love, and peace. It can help us become clear, and rest in the “here and now”.

I borrow from multiple traditions of meditation for instance, Tantra, Buddhist, Metta, Mindfulness, trance, and Christian contemplative prayer.
