For Walking the Path with Integrity & Care

The Initiated Woman Course & Gatherings is not a place for being tested, being productive, or performative. All I suggest is that you engage with the material. Take the spiral journey—rooted in myth, symbolic knowing, and lived experience. There is no timeline for understanding or healing. Some material may speak to you deeply now; other threads may only reveal their meaning later. Trust that you can return, review, and renew. This rhythm of circling back lies at the very heart of the Initiated Woman archetype.

We honour the following agreements:

  • 1 | We Walk With

In our live gatherings, we each take responsibility for our own experience. We demonstrate this by:

    - Standing with, rather than fixing

    - Bearing witness and reflecting with humility

    - Sharing from our own lived experience

    - Not offering advice, solutions, or interpretations for others

    - Practising self-regulation in the presence of discomfort

    - Reaching out for support when needed

  • 2 | The Circle is Contained

The Course and Gatherings form a private space of mutual care and respect. We honour the courage of others by protecting their stories and presence.

    - Participate in a private space when engaging with content or calls

    - Do not share or discuss others' personal experiences outside the group

    - Do not share course materials, recordings, or workbooks—these are for your personal journey only. Instead, share their effect or impact, how the material moves through you.

The teachings, stories, and practices within this course are crafted with depth and care. They are not to be reproduced, re-taught or passed on in fragment without prior consent. Let the transmission remain intact. Let it change you before it moves through you.

  • 3 | Honour Your Own Process and Your Body

There is no “behind” here. Move at your own pace. Let the practices and content work on you, not just intellectually, but symbolically and somatically. Engage not to complete, but to integrate.

This is also important for the physical and embodied materia - be sure to check in with your own body, understand your capacities (and how these may change day-to-day). Modify or abstain from any practices that aren't right for you or right for you now. Check in with your healthcare providers to ensure these practices are suitable for you. You are in charge, be in the practice of being guided by you.

  • 4 | This Work is Offered with Accessibility in Mind

The pricing of this course has been set with care—to be both sustainable and accessible. When you enroll, you are not only receiving, but also helping make the path available to others. Thank you for contributing to a model of shared access.

  • 5 | Bring Grace, Not Rigidity

Come as you are. Let go of perfectionism. Let the course be your companion, not your taskmaster. You are not being tested; you are being invited.
