A Guide for Walking the Spiral Path
Each weekly session is dedicated to a theme that acts as a flexible container; however, you’ll find that there will be crossover and mingling of ideas and concepts across weeks.
The Prima Materia are the first materials (like the initial ingredients) we work with each week.
They include:
short lessons, stories and texts
the exploration and use of symbols and images,
movement, breathwork and embodiment practices
thought experiments, imagination exercises,
writing exercises, and contemplation and dialogue prompts
communication and dialogue within the live group
These each serve to stir and activate an alchemical process that will help reveal more and more of the Initiated Woman Archetype, and create a structure within yourself to support ongoing Passage Work.

Wherever you are in life, in your journey, stage of change, your passage, that's where you begin - the door you crossed to begin this journey, and the space you entered is where you’re at …it’s just right.
This is not a race. Each module opens a portal, and sometimes the psyche needs time to catch up to the teachings. Allow yourself to be surprised by what resonates now—and what may echo later. Spiral back if needed. The material is yours to return to, again and again.

Self-Study Only
You’ll receive access to all audio teachings, videos, and guided practices on Friday. Carve out sacred time each week to engage - this could be little each day, or all at once (see also point 3 below). You may wish to create a ritual space—light a candle, burn incense, ring a bell, prepare tea, or journal before and after your practice.
Self-Study (60-90 mins each week) + Live Dialogue (60 - 75mins mid week)
The live weekly calls are not lectures, but true gatherings: places to witness and be witnessed, to dialogue with others, share how the material is moving through you, speak from the heart, and to allow your experience to be held and mirrored within the collective field. The numbers of this group are limited to ensure intimacy and attention, and encourage a non-competitive, collaborative space. I would hope the container I create facilitates this. Be sure to reach out if you feel the space is not conducive to sharing.
Even though the calls will be recorded, you’ll get the most value in coming to the calls - do so as much as possible to come. As past participants can attest, it is ok to be observant, quiet, and slow to warm. Even if you feel like you don't have much to say/contribute, most participants find they have space to share in their own time.

I offer a weekly rhythm as a gentle container. Here is a suggestion for managing your time.
- Friday – Open the latest module and do the full or short opening ritual, and at least the first lesson and journal prompts as an activation.
- Weekend – Map out 3-4 chunks of time to work through the material - e.g. 20 mins in the morning, 20 mins in the afternoon/evening.
- Monday/Tuesday – Finish any lessons or re-listen to spiral deeper.
Live calls (for those joining) serve as a midweek integration point. However, remember that life is not always neat. You can be a week behind and still be exactly on time. Don't think you shouldn’t show up to the Gathering if you haven’t completed some material. The group will always be happy and encouraging for you to share your journey, exactly where you are.

This course is both informational and experiential. It will ask something of you—not just your intellect, but your feeling body, your imagination, your memory. The lessons and guided practices (imagery, visualisations, movement, breath, creative prompts) are designed to awaken curiosity and new information. I encourage you to do the exercises and practices as a way to integrate and experiment with the material. You don’t have to complete all of them, but notice if you are skipping them. These are the gateways to deeper psychic knowing.
-
Keep a dedicated journal as a sacred companion. For writing, drawing, and channelling. You don’t need to respond to every journal prompt, and not everything needs to be written down, but journaling can help map the terrain of your own descent and return each week. Use it for dreams, synchronicities, grief, insight, resistance—whatever arises. The prompts don’t need to be followed exactly; let the material stir you.
-
To “complete” the course does not mean finishing every single video or doing every practice. Completion means you’ve met the material honestly, let it move you, and made space for something new to be born. Your completion may look quiet or profound—trust that it is enough.

If you feel lost, overwhelmed, or uncertain how to proceed - pause. Breathe. Remember this is a descent and return, not a disappearance. For those in the Live Dialogue path, bring this to the call. For Self-Study participants, reach out for support or guidance.
